ESTUN HR-B5-UB – Dual-Arm Collaborative Humanoid Robot Platform
ESTUN HR-B5-UB is a highly adaptable dual-arm humanoid robot platform tailored for industrial and scientific research scenarios. With a compact, practical design, it supports manual height adjustment (≈300mm range). Its head system weighs ~2kg, equipped with 16 active degrees of freedom. Each arm has a max payload of 5kg (excluding dexterous hand) and self-weight ≤8.5kg. The upper limbs adopt a metal housing and 7-DOF rotating joints, integrated with built-in air duct heat dissipation, plus comprehensive safety and expansion configurations.
Leveraging advanced motion planning algorithms, visual servoing and force control, it supports three control modes: manual, automatic and collaborative, enabling precise dual-arm coordination. Optional head components: voice module, rotating joints (pan/tilt) and head camera. Upper limbs allow optional dexterous hands, with mounting flanges and wiring specs (DC 24V/2.5A, RS-485), compatible with five-fingered dexterous hands and tactile sensors. It works with ROS open-source system and industrial bus protocols, supporting offline programming, remote control and secondary development for diverse needs.
