Miniature Parallel Electric Gripper for Precision Handling of Small Components

The Z-EMG-4 is an ultra-compact parallel electric gripper designed for applications requiring precise handling of lightweight components. Weighing only 0.23 kg and measuring just 35 × 26 × 92 mm, it is ideal for integration into cobots, compact industrial robots, and automation systems with limited installation space.

The gripper features a 4 mm stroke and a gripping force of 3 to 5 N, making it particularly suitable for delicate workpieces weighing up to 100 g. Its two-finger parallel mechanism provides stable and repeatable positioning, ensuring reliable performance in assembly, inspection, and pick-and-place applications.

With a one-way travel time of only 0.05 seconds, the Z-EMG-4 delivers fast response times for high-productivity automation processes. Powered by 24 VDC and featuring a peak current of up to 3 A, it combines energy efficiency with dynamic performance for continuous industrial operation.
