Hitbot EFG-50P – High-Speed Electric Parallel Gripper for Precision Automation

The Hitbot EFG-50P is a compact 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for precision handling, fast cycle times, and reliable operation in industrial automation environments. Featuring a servo motor, rack-and-pinion transmission, and ball guide rail system, it delivers smooth motion, accurate positioning, and long-term durability.

With an adjustable stroke of 50 mm and adjustable gripping force from 15 to 50 N, the EFG-50P can securely handle a wide range of delicate and lightweight workpieces up to 0.5 kg. Its repeatability of ±0.02 mm ensures highly accurate and consistent operation for assembly, inspection, packaging, and pick-and-place applications.

Designed for high productivity, the gripper achieves a one-way stroke time of only 0.3 seconds, enabling fast and efficient automated processes. The two-finger parallel motion provides stable gripping and precise handling across different component shapes and materials.
