Robot compacto de 4 ejes para automatización precisa de pick & place
El igus SCARA RL-SCR-0100.B es un robot de 4 ejes rentable con un alcance de 560 mm y una carrera del eje Z de 500 mm. Con una carga útil de hasta 2 kg, una precisión de posicionamiento de ±0,5 mm y velocidades de hasta 20 picks por minuto, es ideal para tareas precisas de manipulación y clasificación. Fabricado con plásticos optimizados tribológicamente, ofrece una larga vida útil y un mantenimiento mínimo.
El control se proporciona opcionalmente a través del igus® Robot Control gratuito, disponible en versiones de armario o de carril DIN. El software intuitivo incluye E/S digitales, Modbus TCP/IP, paquetes ROS y una interfaz 3D. Alternativamente, cada eje se puede operar individualmente utilizando el controlador de motor dryve D1.
Las aplicaciones típicas incluyen pick & place, carga de cintas transportadoras, automatización de laboratorio y montaje ligero. Gracias a su integración modular, el RL-SCR-0100.B es ideal para la automatización flexible en entornos de producción compactos.

Optional handheld with touch screen
Choose the right setup for you.
You can control the robot either from your Windows 10 PC or from the optional handheld with touch screen. On the PC the robot can be programmed via a graphical user interface. With the handheld you can control the robot with a joystick and start programs via the touch screen. In addition, you can also connect a gamepad to your Windows PC for control as an alternative to the handheld. With this handheld, the robot runs autonomously without the computer after programming via the Windows PC.
