El igus SCARA RL-A9.0216 es un robot compacto de 3 ejes diseñado para tareas de precisión en entornos de laboratorio y de automatización a pequeña escala. Con una carga útil de 0,5 kg, un alcance horizontal de 400 mm y una carrera vertical de 360 mm, alcanza tiempos de ciclo de más de 6 picks por minuto. Fabricado con plásticos de optimización tribológica, ofrece una larga vida útil, un bajo mantenimiento y un importante ahorro de costes.
El control se realiza mediante el igus® Robot Control opcional, disponible en versión de armario de control o de carril DIN. El software gratuito permite una programación intuitiva y la integración en diversos sistemas como Modbus TCP/IT, ROS, Python y muchos más, lo que garantiza una puesta en marcha rápida. Como alternativa, cada eje puede controlarse individualmente mediante los controladores de motor igus® dryve D1, lo que lo hace ideal para arquitecturas de control flexibles.
Ideal para tareas de pick-and-place, manipulación de muestras y entornos educativos, el RL-A9.0216 se integra sin problemas en sistemas de automatización modulares. Su diseño ligero y sus opciones de control abiertas lo hacen perfecto para la automatización de laboratorios escalable y los entornos de prototipado.
