Los robots SCARA i4L de Omron, disponibles en los modelos L350, L450 y L550, ofrecen un alcance de 350 a 550 mm y cargas útiles de hasta 5 kg. Con una repetibilidad de ±0,01 mm y tiempos de ciclo a partir de 0,38 segundos, son ideales para aplicaciones de alta velocidad y alta precisión. Su diseño compacto con controlador integrado permite un montaje en mesa o en pared que ahorra espacio.
La programación se realiza mediante el intuitivo software ACE o Sysmac Studio. Gracias a su arquitectura abierta (lenguaje eV+) y a interfaces integradas como EtherCAT, RS-232C y E/S digitales, los robots se integran fácilmente en los sistemas de automatización existentes. Una luz de cúpula RGB multicolor ofrece una indicación visual del estado y facilita el mantenimiento predictivo.
Las aplicaciones típicas incluyen pick & place, montaje, envasado y manipulación de materiales. La serie i4L es especialmente adecuada para entornos de fabricación digital que exigen velocidad, precisión y una integración sencilla.

The i4L enables easy integration with a compact design and small footprint. Installation is extremely simple, as the robot can be mounted on a horizontal (table mounting) or vertical surface (wall mounting) without the need for additional adapters or brackets. Cable connections can be arranged so that they exit either through or parallel to the mounting surface.
