El ABB IRB 920-6/0.55 es un robot SCARA de 4 ejes de alto rendimiento con un alcance de 550 mm y una carga útil de 6 kg. Con una repetibilidad de hasta 0,02 mm y tiempos de ciclo de tan solo 0,31 segundos, es ideal para tareas rápidas de pick & place, montaje e inspección. Su diseño compacto con guiado interno de cables reduce al mínimo la superficie ocupada y simplifica la integración en células de producción modulares.
El IRB 920 es compatible con los controladores OmniCore de ABB (E10, C30, C90XT) y admite hasta 20 señales de E/S, suministro de aire integrado (6 bar) y comunicación Ethernet. Las variantes opcionales IP54 e ISO5 para salas limpias lo hacen apto para entornos de electrónica, farmacia y laboratorio.

A choice of 450, 550 and 650mm reach options meet the requirements for a range of different operations. An extended stroke of 300mm supports applications requiring additional vertical reach.
