El FANUC CRX-30iA es el robot colaborativo más potente de la serie CRX, con una carga útil de hasta 30 kg y un alcance de 1.756 mm. Con una repetibilidad de ±0,05 mm, es ideal para paletizado, atención de máquinas, manipulación de materiales y soldadura. La sensorización de fuerza integrada garantiza una colaboración segura con las personas sin necesidad de dispositivos de seguridad externos.
La programación es intuitiva a través del teach pendant tipo tablet con interfaz de arrastrar y soltar o mediante el guiado manual. El CRX-30iA utiliza el controlador R-30iB Plus y es compatible con soluciones de software como ROBOGUIDE, iRVision y ZDT. Como novedad, incorpora botones directamente en la muñeca (J6) que permiten un aprendizaje manual rápido.
Las aplicaciones típicas son el paletizado, la manipulación de piezas pesadas, la carga de máquinas y los procesos de soldadura. El CRX-30iA cuenta con certificación ISO (ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849-1), no requiere mantenimiento durante 8 años y se puede montar de forma flexible en el suelo, la pared o el techo.
