La SCHUNK CGP 64-1 es una pinza paralela compacta de 2 dedos para aplicaciones fiables de manipulación y pick-and-place. Gracias a su robusta guía deslizante en ranura en T, su accionamiento neumático y su alta repetibilidad de 0,02 mm, garantiza procesos precisos. La serie incluye variantes estándar, con retención de la fuerza de agarre (AS/IS) y con sensores (IN) para una máxima flexibilidad. Con una fuerza de agarre de hasta 470 N, una integración sencilla y una retención opcional de la pieza en caso de pérdida de presión, la CGP es ideal para tareas de montaje, embalaje y automatización.

Technical details of the Schunk CGP 64-1-AS-IN
The CGP 64-1-AS-IN combines mechanical grip force maintenance for external gripping applications with provision for inductive sensors. With a gripping force of up to 470 N, a spring holding force of at least 120 N, a stroke of 6 mm per jaw and a repeatability of 0.02 mm, the gripper is suitable for demanding handling tasks in assembly, machine tending and pick-and-place applications. The combination of secure workpiece holding in the event of pressure loss and precise position detection thanks trough a Inductive sensor, ensures maximum process reliability.

The parallel gripper combines a robust wedge gear mechanism with efficient force transmission to deliver reliable and precise gripping performance. Featuring a lightweight aluminum housing, durable steel base jaws, and pneumatic actuation according to ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4], it is ideal for demanding external gripping applications. High repeatability ensures consistent positioning, while optional mechanical grip force maintenance or the SDV-P pressure maintenance valve help secure workpieces in the event of pressure loss. The gripper is supplied with an accessory kit including centering sleeves and O-rings for direct connection. A 12-month warranty and downloadable product documentation complete the package.
