El UR30 es un robot colaborativo de 6 ejes con una carga útil de hasta 35 kg y un alcance de 1.300 mm. Con una repetibilidad de ±0,1 mm, una huella compacta de Ø 245 mm y un peso de 63,5 kg, es ideal para aplicaciones de gran fuerza. El brazo robótico tiene clasificación IP65 y está certificado para su uso en salas limpias de clase ISO 4, lo que lo hace apto para entornos industriales exigentes.
El control se realiza mediante el intuitivo software Polyscope en una pantalla táctil de 12". El UR30 admite interfaces como Modbus TCP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, USB 2.0/3.0 e incluye E/S digitales y analógicas. La comunicación con la herramienta se gestiona a través de un conector M8, con alimentación de 12/24 V. Incorpora 17 funciones de seguridad integradas conformes con PLd categoría 3.
Entre las aplicaciones habituales se incluyen el paletizado, la alimentación de máquinas, la manipulación de materiales, el atornillado y taladrado y la inspección de calidad. Lieferumfang
When you order your UR30, you will receive the robot arm and its control box as well as a teach pendant with 3-stage enabling switch, a power cable and a cable to connect the robot to the control box, as well as the user manual. Application kits or other peripherals are not included and must be ordered separately.

You receive our Teach Pendant with every robot arm. This contains the free PolyScope software, which you can use to set up and operate your cobot. A POWERFUL CONTROL SYSTEM
