El ABB GoFa™ CRB 15000-5 es un robot colaborativo de 6 ejes con un alcance de 950 mm y una carga útil de 5 kg. Con una repetibilidad de hasta 0,02 mm y una precisión de trayectoria de 0,03 mm, es ideal para tareas de precisión como encolado, soldadura láser e inspección de calidad. Los sensores de par integrados permiten una colaboración segura con las personas sin necesidad de vallas de seguridad.
Está equipado con el controlador OmniCore C30 y se programa mediante apps gráficas intuitivas en el FlexPendant. RobotStudio® admite la programación offline con una coincidencia de hasta el 99 % respecto a la ejecución real. La función Ultra Accuracy está disponible como retrofit y aumenta aún más la precisión.
Las aplicaciones típicas incluyen alimentación de máquinas, montaje, embalaje, corte por láser y fabricación aditiva. El GoFa™ CRB 15000-5 tiene certificación IP54 y ofrece una solución compacta y fácil de integrar para entornos de producción modernos.

GoFa incorporates a range of features that allow it to be used safely, directly alongside human workers and without the need to design and build bulky barriers or fencing. GoFa can continuously share workspace with people, giving it maximum flexibility and efficiency. Robot and human cooperate on the same tasks, without jeopardizing productivity or safety.
Strong yet safe
Designed for handling payloads up to 5 kg, GoFa has integrated torque sensors in each of its six joints offering superior power and force limiting performance. Together, these prevent the risk of injury by bringing GoFa to an immediate stop if it senses any contact witha human worker.
Easy set-up and operation
Set up and configuration is easy with intuitive, graphical Apps directly on the FlexPendant. You can move your robot using lead through in no time.
Faster performance for greater productivity
GoFa offers a maximum Tool Center Point (TCP) speed of up to 2,2 m/s*, faster than other cobots in its class. GoFa can perform more operations in a set period than competing robots.
