Placa adaptadora universal ISO-50 y ReBeL
El sistema de cambio de placas adaptadoras consta de una placa base con alojamiento ISO 50 y para igus ReBeL, así como de placas de herramienta intercambiables para distintos sistemas de pinza. Es compatible con Schunk EGP 25 y EGP 40, Zimmer GEP2010, Schmalz CobotPump y Effecto ECG2. El diseño modular permite cambiar de herramienta rápidamente manteniendo la misma interfaz del robot, lo que reduce los tiempos de reconfiguración. Los componentes fabricados con precisión garantizan una conexión segura entre el robot y la pinza y son idóneos para aplicaciones flexibles de automatización, manipulación y pick-and-place.

ISO-50 & ReBeL adapter plate exchange system for Schunk EGP 25/40 and Zimmer GEP2010
The adapter plate changeover system RBTX-MP-UNI-0001 comprises a base plate with ISO 50 and igus ReBeL mountings, as well as a tool plate for the Schunk EGP 25, Schunk EGP 40 and Zimmer GEP2010 grippers. This solution enables the tool plate to be changed quickly and securely whilst maintaining the same robot interface. Thanks to its precise fit and robust design, integration is simplified and a reliable connection between the robot and the gripper is ensured. Ideal for flexible automation and pick-and-place applications.
